Grup de rezistente in carcasa metalica Sir Resistor

Construction and execution RFP
The RFP resistors are groups composed of a resistance type SRF 600/900/1300 inserted in an additional metallic protection equipped with a heat sink and are made with an IP00 environmental protection level. All these groups are cooled in a condition of natural ventilation.

RFP resistors can be equipped with a thermo-switch (RFPT).

RFP resistors are typically applied by braking. They bear both continuous and short-term continuous loads. This type of resistors is intended for indoor use only.
Features

Range of power levels 300 W to 550 W
Range of ohmic values 1,8 Ω to 330 Ω
Dielectric strength (1 min @ 50Hz): 3000 Vac

Construction and execution BRR
The BRR 500/800/1000/1300 resistors are groups composed of SRC or RNOC cemented tubular resistors and are made with an IP20 environmental protection level (K0). All these groups are cooled in a condition of natural ventilation.

BRR resistors can be equipped with a thermo-switch (BRRT). Subject to limitation in the dissipated powers, anti-inductive versions (BRRN) can be realized.

BRR resistors are typically applied by braking or as a load banks. They support both continuous and impulsive loads of short duration, with the advantage that the cementation provides stability and mechanical strength to the resistive winding and guarantees high levels of insulation. Maximum temperatures are limited to around 350 ° C. This type of resistors is intended for indoor use only.

BRE resistors can be equipped with a thermo-switch (BRET). Subject to limitation in the dissipated powers, anti-inductive versions (BREN) are available.

BRE resistors are typically applied by braking and are equipped with an output cable, which is useful for faster and cheaper installation. They support both continuous and impulsive loads of short duration, with the advantage that the cementation provides stability and mechanical strength to the resistive winding and guarantees high levels of insulation. Maximum temperatures are limited to around 350 ° C. This type of resistors is intended for indoor use only.

The BRE 601-4501 resistors can be equipped with a thermo-switch (BRET).

These models of BRE resistors are typically applied by braking in the elevator field and due to the type of construction they are able to withstand high loads with temperatures on the wire over 800 °C, especially with short-term loads. This type of resistors is intended for indoor use only.
Features

Range of power levels from 600 W to 4500 W

Dielectric strength (1 min @ 50Hz): 3500 Vac

Construction and execution BDC
BDC resistors are groups composed of SRC or RNOC cemented tubular resistors and are made with different levels of environmental protection, such as IP20 (K0) and IP23 (K1). All these groups are cooled in a condition of natural ventilation.

BDC resistors can be equipped with a thermo-switch (BDCT). Subject to limitation in the dissipated powers, anti-inductive versions (BDCN) can be realized.
BDC resistors are typically applied by braking or as a load banks. They support both continuous and impulsive loads of short duration, with the advantage that the cementation provides stability and mechanical strength to the resistive winding and guarantees high levels of insulation. Maximum temperatures are limited to around 350 °C. This type of resistors is intended for both indoor and outdoor use (K1).
Features

Range of power levels from 1900 W to 8300 W
Ohmic value range from 0.4 Ω to 1 kΩ
Dielectric strength (1 min @ 50Hz): 3500 Vac

Construction and execution BDV/BVC
BDV/BDC resistors are groups composed of both SCE or SRC or RNOC cemented tubular resistors, and RDP 4000 resistors (uncoated wire wound resistors on a metal support) and are made with different levels of environmental protection, such as IP20 (K0) and IP23 (K1). All these groups are cooled in natural ventilation conditions and are intended for wall mounting.

BDV/BDC resistors can be equipped with a thermo-switch (BDVT or BDCT). Subject to limitation in the dissipated powers, anti-inductive versions (BDVN or BDCN) are available.
This type of resistors are typically applied by braking in the elevator field and in lifting. They support both continuous and cyclic loads with long insertion periods. This type of resistors is intended for both indoor and outdoor use (K1).
Features

Range of power levels from 1000 W to 15000 W

All these groups are cooled in a condition of natural ventilation.
BDR resistors can be equipped with a thermo-switch (BDRT) and are typically applied by braking or as a load banks.
